How long does delivery take?

All orders are sent via standard Australia Post from Perth, Western Australia. Delivery typically takes 2 to 6 business days for most Australian destinations. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7 to 14 business days. If you have a question about shipping to a specific country, feel free to get in touch.

What size are the cards?

Each card is 12.5 x 7.5 cm, printed on matte card stock and presented in a magnetic-close box.

Are the cards printed sustainably?

Yes. Every deck is printed by a certified manufacturer holding both FSC and Environmental Management certification. The magnetic-close box is designed to be kept and reused rather than thrown away.

How are the cards double-sided?

• ✦Neuroaffirming Deck: the front carries the full affirmation and the back holds a shorter version of the same message for days when words feel like a lot.
• ✦Loving Your Inner Child: the front is written in first person and the back offers the same words in second person, so you can choose whether to speak something into yourself or hear it from someone else.
• ✦Breakup Deck: one side holds the Friendship Breakup affirmations and the other holds the Romantic Breakup affirmations.
• ✦Sport Training Deck: each card carries a different affirmation on each side.
• ✦Tiny Folk: the front carries the affirmation and the back holds a short animal story that brings the words to life for little ones.

How do I use the cards? Where do I start?

What age are the cards suitable for?

It depends on the deck. Tiny Folk is designed for ages 2 to 5, however it is totally appropriate for people of all ages. All other decks are written for older children, teenagers, and adults. Many families use several decks together. Most decks work beautifully across a wide age range and there is no upper limit on who might find them helpful.

Are the cards suitable for children with additional needs?

Yes. The Neuroaffirming Deck was created specifically for people with autism, people with ADHD, and highly sensitive people of all ages. The language across all decks is gentle, non-prescriptive, and written without pressure. There is no right way to feel and no demands on how someone should respond.

Are these cards a replacement for therapy or professional support?

No. The cards are a gentle companion, not a substitute for professional help. If you or someone you care about is going through something difficult, please reach out to a qualified professional. The cards can sit alongside that support, not replace it.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, and it is always free. Select gift wrapping at checkout and add a personalised message. We will handwrite it for you and wrap your order in tissue paper and ribbon, ready to give.
