When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, and shipping address. If you contact us via the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
How we use it
We use your information solely to fulfil your order and respond to your enquiries. We do not use your data for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list without your consent.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Your order and payment details are processed securely by Stripe. Your shipping address is passed to our postal carrier to deliver your order. Transactional emails are sent via Resend. Our website is hosted on Vercel. Each of these services processes your data only to the extent necessary to provide their service.
Payment security
We do not store your payment details. All payments are handled securely by Stripe, which is certified to PCI DSS standards. You can read Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Your rights
