Each card works in two ways. The front carries the words in first person, "I am safe now," "I am not too much," for the moments when you are ready to speak something into yourself. Flip it over and the same words become second person, "You are safe now," "You are not too much," for the moments when what you really need is to hear it from someone else. Even if that someone is a quieter, kinder version of you.

For the younger parts of you that are still waiting to be heard. Some of the heaviest things we carry have been with us since we were small. This deck is for the slow, tender work of going back to meet those parts of yourself, with kindness, without judgement, and without rush.

These are not affirmations about who you should become. They are gentle reminders of what you always deserved to hear.
